911-Inc. Expands Headquarters Staff with Four New Hires and One Promotion
New employees support explosive growth of leading PSAP software developer
Denver, CO; September 30, 2009 – 911-Inc., a leading emergency dispatch center software developer, has hired several new employees in the project development, research and development and customer relationship management departments. These new employees join the headquarters staff in Denver, Colorado.

Viktoria Bass – Project Manager
Viktoria Bass has been named Project Manager and is in charge of Professional Services Group. Ms. Bass is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings over 15 years of experience with companies such as Avaya / Lucent Technologies, Imagine Technologies, Inc., University of Houston System and Kaiser Permanente. She has a Bachelors of Science Health Education from California State University, Long Beach. Her additional degrees include a Masters Certificate Project Management from the University of Phoenix and a Masters in Telecommunication from the University of Denver.
Kirk Seader – Software Solution Architect
Kirk Seader is the new Software Solution Architect. He is the senior engineer assigned to the team developing architecture to meet the i3 NENA specifications. He leverages the 911-Inc. QuickResponse software to enable existing customers to take advantage of the new standards while at the same time preserving features and functionality available today. Mr. Seader was hired by Lucent in the R&D division that was later to become Avaya. As a senior engineer in Professional Services with over 12 years leadership experience, he was responsible for implementing call control interfaces developed by Avaya for use by major customers such as Siebel and Citigroup.
Jason Storer – Quality Assurance Engineer
Jason Storer has been named Quality Assurance Engineer and acts as the step between the development and release of software products. He designs and executes test cases to find bugs and defects, verify the fixes, and document the testing process. Mr. Storer recently earned his Bachelor of Science degree in software development from Westwood College.
Jill Bill – Customer Relationship Manager
Jill Bill has been promoted from Customer Relationship Coordinator to Customer Relationship Manager. In this role Ms. Bill will manage the 911-Inc. Customer Touch Program which guarantees customers are contacted four times a year to ensure the systems are operating with total reliability and dependability. Ms. Bill was previously a dispatcher in Aurora, Colorado and her experience allows her to easily identify with the customers she serves.
Hillary Tae – Customer Relationship Coordinator
Hillary Tae replaces Ms. Bill as Customer Relationship Coordinator and will assist with the Customer Touch Program. Ms. Tae received her Bachelor of Arts in Theater; Acting at the University of Northern Colorado and continues to be active in the Denver theatre community.
