Viktoria Bass – Project Manager
Viktoria Bass joined the 911-Inc. team in August 2009. She is PMP certified holding a Master’s certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Denver. Viktoria comes to us with a rich background in many different industries including Telecom, IT, Health, and Finance. Her experiences domestically and internationally make Viktoria a perfect addition to our company.

Viktoria is a Denver native, recently returned from Houston, Texas. She is married with two children.
Pat Keelan – Regional Account Manager
Pat Keelan joined the team at 911-Inc. in December 2007. Pat’s background includes sharing a family legacy dating back four generations, with both the Denver Fire & Police Departments. Pat’s background in the fire service, combined with 20 plus years in sales, has afforded him valuable insight into the critical needs of 911 call centers, making Pat invaluable to 911-Inc., but more importantly to our existing and future customers.
Pat’s approach to the world of 911 is straight forward and to the point. “It’s vital to understand the critical nature of dispatch centers. Lives hang in the balance and every second counts. Dispatchers remain the vital link in any emergency situation. Providing and equipping dispatchers with the capability of retrieving and delivering those extra seconds in emergency calls is our chief objective at 911-Inc.”
Pat and his wife have raised three amazing kids. Patrick is an accomplished pilot flying med\evac operations in the US, and more recently, humanitarian aid flights in the Congo, Chad and Darfur. Their daughter, Kellie, has a heart for people and non-profit organizations. Kellie worked for the Greatest Generation Foundation (WWII Veterans) and recently returned from serving a second time at an orphanage in Tanzania. Christopher, (the youngest), has served proudly in the US. Marines Corps and is currently pursuing a college degree.
