Infrastructure
As a global leader in unified communications and IP telephony, Avaya’s enterprise-class IP phone solution is the backbone for the 911-Inc. QuickResponse™ solution. 911-Inc. is also a Avaya DevConnect partner which means our products and services have been thoroughly tested to work together seamlessly.
HP provides servers and work station hardware for QuickLink and QuickResponse. Some centers prefer HP and others prefer Dell. We work with both so that you have a choice.
Dell provides servers and computers for call-taking positions that run the 911-Inc. software. Whether your PSAP prefers Dell or HP, 911-Inc. can take care of your needs.
Communications
GeoComm provides accurate map development and highly functional mapping software which interfaces directly with 911-Inc.’s call taking software. Our partnership with GeoComm focuses on technologies that will make the new i3 standards for Next Generation 9-1-1 a reality.
Intrado is a database provider for ALI location information. They also interface with wireless carriers to provide Phase II data to PSAPs. 911-Inc. works with both Intrado and TCS to ensure full coverage of the U.S.
TCS provides ALI location information from wireless carriers. The entire U.S. is covered because 911-Inc. works with both Intrado and TCS.
911-Inc. works with all the major wired and wireless providers to ensure whatever local service provider is available in your region will integrate with all 911-Inc. solutions. These providers are currently deployed with 911-Inc. systems across the country.
Radio
As a leading provider of radio dispatch and signaling equipment, Telex has the most widely deployed IP dispatch solution. Telex converts traditional analog radio to IP for 911-Inc. solutions.
